greg, It looks like they supply a high performance, high price mil-spec niche. Their flat panels might be portable to civilian industry if they can become cost effective. Speed forcing CPU's is a complex game with heat, voltage and timing aspects that make it unsuitable for all but experts, although it is possible for a socket jig to be made along the lines of the overdrives, that mongs the timing, voltages and allows for better heat exchange via heat pumps or peltier devices, and can be sold in comjuncyion with selected parts as a premium product. Some will buy, esp those with no upgrade path.
I dunno if diamond substrates, with piped boiling fluorocarbon coolants etc will become a comsumer item, but it might, as they will need some exotics ways to solve the heat problems, unless they cut the currents to femto-amps?, and run them fetlike at under a volt.
