Hi Dan, You said on the Galagen thread: "Thanks for posting Bob Hoerr's response to you. I think you misinterpreted his response somewhat and posted the details on the LWAY thread." Actually it does belong on the Lifeway thread as well as the Galagen thread because it concerns both companies. My previous post about the email from Galagen may have been a little confusing. I will attempt to clarify it. The entire email from Mr. Hoerr was only about the joint venture products with Lifeway Foods. In my post # 153, the paragraph with the excerpt from Mr. Hoerr's message that says:"The clinical products we are developing are different than Basics Plus and will target specific nutritional and health challenges in hospitals and nursing homes that affect a sizeable fraction of the residents of these institutions.ÿ These products, by the specific benefits we hope to achieve, will be evaluated in clinical trials and will be formulated to address the unique serving requirements of these institutions.ÿ These products may also have markets that extend beyond hospitals and nursing homes--if they taste good to a patient in a nursing home, then they are going to taste good to you and me. At first I didn't know whether the we meant just Galagen or with Lifeway. So I emailed him back asking him. His reply was short and to the point. Both! ÿ Best regards, Bob Hoerr So the 'clinical' products they are developing that are different from 'Basics Plus' are with Lifeway Foods. Remember the press release dated May 14 of this year? It said the following:"GalaGen will provide the clinical development required to support claims of any new products arising from this collaboration. Lifeway will be responsible for final manufacturing of the new product line." As I stated previously, reading from the notes I took on May 20, of this year from my conversation with the CFO of Galagen, they have had conversations with several companies concerning these products. On the Galagen thread you mentioned an unofficial list of companies you know of that are interested in these products. What are they? I realize that they are just rumours. Also do you know of any of the particular ailments they will be targeting? I assume that ulcers, and diahrrea are 2 of them. What I have posted in this message has nothing to do with any of Galagen's drugs that are in FDA clinical trials. I am interested only in the products produced in the joint venture with Lifeway. I hope this clears up the information concerning the joint venture products. Would appreciate that list of rumoured companies. Mark
