I get no 10% fee for bringing in placees. I am putting ten per cent in, in cash. That cash must be there or no shares.

I could get a finder's fee whether licensed or not by exchange rules but I am not requesting one even if I raise more than the required in this case. I own the underlying option here so its hardly necessary. (But I don't get any payments until production.)

Why this is is not an ordinary PP is because we are doing an earn in on the property itself at the same time. It is also on a very favourable horizon of Kidd Creek volcanics and is one of the last undrilled 12 channel anomalies in this horizon west of the mine.
There are some very exciting developments in a 35 million dollar geophysical system that has just been flown that found 1200 new deep anomalies and 4000 claims have been staked. This relates somewhat to
Mr. Middleton's new Cross Lake discovery (which I staked also), which is not a conductor.

People pay for shares in junior resource companies, that are not "heavily discounted", as this one is all the time, (I mean it is selling below it its two year average. If you add the ownership of the resource itself its a wonder you don't pay a premium. The hold period is 12 months not 18.

The shares can be signed off but not transferred and the tax break passes through to the original owner by renunciation by the company itself.

Trust me, if this hadn't been vetted by a corporate lawyer and an accountant thoroughly before going into this I would be skeptical too.
Perhaps you are taking the details wrong as I haven't laid out the complete framework. As I said we have done it before and everybody is still on the outside so we must be doing something right.

Merry Christmas.
