Pass, I can't stand losers who think all the cards are stacked against them. If you can't make $$$ don't say the company's lie, and the market makers manipulate the stock, and the analyst are trying to trick you so that they can get big clients out and screw you. See it for what it is, your a bad stock picker. There are bad times to buy great companies, don't blame the company if you don't have a clue. Scott ;)

These class action jobs mean class for the stockholders ( you get a group education) and they mean action for the lawyers. Stockholders never see more than a few cents a share. The companies cannot afford a full blown battle because their insurance companies dont want to pay legal costs. The insurance companies then offer the lawyers a few million to settle and the legal beagle gets 30 % or so, not a bad way to get rich off of someone elses investment. Even smarter than the brokers....Yankee Gil
