Donald, my biggest fear is a NEW Reverse Split - Begin of 1998. I just found the following article TODAY - released by a company, fighting against de-listing from NASDAQ SC. This company has NOTHING to do with our CAPR - but is similar in regards of the current price history. Here the release of the company NURS:
.
''The reason for the reverse split is that for approximately the past seven months, the company's stock has traded below $1.00 per share, which is the minimum bid price for continued listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market unless an alternative test is met. We have maintained our listing by meeting the alternative test,'' said John P. Yeros, chairman. ====>>> ''However, recently revised continued listing standards eliminate the alternative test effective February 23, 1998.'' <<<===

By the way, the above mentioned company wants to change it's name too ... I think, we might need some MORE good nerves for our CAPR, too - if that day above is valid for ALL STOCKS below a buck.
Why I am writting all this ? Because, IF SOMEBODY WANTS TO GET OUT - this levels might not be the bottom yet. This time Reverse Split "forced" by NASDAQ SC Requirements ?
All in all, I am suprized about the date of 23-FEB-1998. This was not obvious for me until that article of an other company ...
On the other hand, I am much to deep engaged in that stock - so I am "forced" to wait for good news or wonders.

Merry Xmas for you too,

Stefan
