It seems like LG(ZE) got caught in the downgrading of the whole of
Korea. Not unexpected in the the face of all the goings on, including
the the not too well thought out statement of their new leader.
I have not seen LG mentioned as I have other Korean companies.
It seems when local & export margins are going to be squeezed
badly in the near term future , LG would be more than willing to
cover any ZE credit problems if at all possible. The new products
coming out shortly are almost in the box. It is these very ZE products
that got LG involved in the first place with ZE. I would think the ZE
connection is more important than ever to them. The higher margins
at ZE could very well propel LG up even further in the Korean ladder
of large industry. I dont pretend to be an international economist ,
but common sense is what good economies are based on & not the
extreme overreaction of the worlds financial Gurus. Basics will win out.
