Let's read it again, shall we? It says, "...will be transferred to the company by Dec. 24, 1997,...". Well, in my mind that means before Dec 24, 1997. If someone tells me they'll be at my place by 3:00, that means that by 3:00 they'll be there. Well folks, it's Dec. 24 and no sign of the money. The funds are in NYC as of yesterday? What, in a box?
