I don't know how that's going to get through
Congress.

BTW, using basic accounting, when Korean debt
to US creditors is paid off with US government
borrowings with the proceeds employed by the
Koreans to buy US grains and meet interest/principal
repayments to US banks, the net effect is the
US is subsidizing grain merchant,farmers and banks
in the US. And the original So.Korean problem remains
unaddressed. BWDIK.
