Thanks for sharing Paul. However, since the headline is completely incorrect, I assume the rest of the article is poorly informed too:

As we all know, the shareholders will decide this issue on January 19, having rejected it previously on November 12. (Oh, I guess technically MLNX asked EZCH to withdraw the merger proposal so the magnitude of the no vote would not be revealed. Very petty IMO).

Since the deal was announced, Raging Capital and perhaps others have only been accumulating shares; see octafinance.com. So this suggests even more "no" votes, but we'll see.

I think it would have been accurate for the headline to ask, Will EZCH be MLNX's? I would then have appreciated a fact-based description of why the vote might be any different from November's. If you see such an article, please do share it and I'll do likewise.
