Hi John, I was told of a conversation with a company spokesman yesterday. It appears Bill Masuda's resignation was expected and due partly to differences with Dr. Kis who has been credited with bringing Valence's technology to the next level. It was re-emphasised that Q1 production is still on target. I am re-accumulating as many shares as I can at these levels with available cash flow. I just re-read an announcement with some words from Lev Dawson- they may help re-focus what we should expect in coming months......''I am thrilled at being able to rejoin a terrific Valence team at an exciting time in the life of the Company.
