We always hope that those law suit would keep insider honest. But you look at ASND situation, it may be not so convincing that insiders are manipulating the stock price. I think they may as surprise as we are in terms of revenue short fall. It looks like those insider sold stock at panic. If you look back, those guys did not get out at 50's. I am not trying to defend anyone inside the company. I don't like the way they operate in terms of delivering a product. As a share holder, I share the pain with you. The only thing I like to point out is the following: we are not getting any benifit from law suit. The lawyers do. Another thing is that don't trust those so called analyst. The purpose for those people exist is to get money from us, small investor. Cheers! Mike
