Ran across this stock in the Bowser Report. ( The Bowser Report is worth the subscription price just for its comedic value.) Reviewed company filings and was somewhat encouraged by the prospects for overseas expansion. I was disheartened by the number and scope of the insider dealings, and the huge bonus plan. This stock could get cheaper, especially in a declining, tense market, as investors become tired of waiting for results and move on to greener pastures. The retiring of the preferred stock was a good idea and first quarter results were reasonable. I will continue to follow it, but will hold off on purchasing for now.
