They are in areas of strict gun control laws. That is why I go to the gun range regularly.

Really??? Why should people worry about that at all, who cares... who's shooting whom??? Mostly black on black shootings, where's your outrage??? Hey, if they want to kill each other that's their business... the gun argument is a phony and meaningless argument, no body cares, it's boring, find some new material...

Do you realize 5000 people every year are drowned in their own bath tubs, so let's ban bath tubs... 3000 people each year are injured with a ball point pen, so let's ban ball point pens... 4000 people each year break their ankles with their shoes, so let's ban shoes... more than 300,000 people each year die from heart attacks on Mondays, so let's ban Mondays... more than 50,000 people each year are killed in car accidents, so let's ban cars... how ridiculous do you want to get???

I'm sure the 17 countries with higher gun-related murder-rates than the USA would take offense to not being considered "first world" . . . including Mexico and Brazil.
Also . . this is a great article on the mistake of only comparing ourselves to other developed countries.
