I own 25 shares of KBIO and my broker, Ameritrade, docked me with a price of 11.89. I think Bonefish should get that price since that is the REAL WORLD at this stage of the game. Anything else would be unfair to him. I am in reality down $292+.for 25 shares.

I agree with the judges. Pre and post market prices are never a true indicator as there is less access and liquidity. Daily regular session closing prices are always used to settle everything. Lets make it clear going forward that only regular session prices will be used for the contest.

But lets hope that the stock trades today so we get a fair price.

It is unfortunate, but it is good we all seem to agree.
Well, all three judges have opined, and as far as I can tell all say the price for the stock if it doesn't open is Wednesday's close.

So ..... you better hope it opens for trading today!
Hopefully they get it open as it was a good pick to short but if they don't then it is little different than a long getting bought out for a huge premium with stock announced after hours on the last day of the contest.

My best guess is it's worth closer to ZERO.
