The key would be, would the closing price be the last trade for that day and would that include pre-market if that was the last trade.
plus, is a pre-market trade really a trade?

The discussion a long time ago included the opposite situation, where a stock obviously has popped up, such as a takeover offer, with a stock halted pending dissemination of the offer and terms.

Any change to the header is not effective until it is posted and applies only to a future round.
