I noticed no one brought it up, but I'm trying to rationalize the fact that the new CEO doesn't have an Oncology background. That wouldn't be important to a NVS, but to a tiny biotech, which is highly scientifically driven, where the CEO is front and center with the media, I find it a bit disturbing. How about you guys?
