I guess you would have to know that Bruce was in Austin TX for ASTM meeting because he was asked to attend the conference, they then asked him if he would like to be part of Committee lol
Here is some higher math for you lol
He was asked to be part of the committee. Would they ask someone that was part of a failed try at being the ASTM Standard? lol
