There is not agreement as much as you believe. I said RINO, not Republican. Boehner, McConnell, Paul, and McCain are prime examples. They are far more like Liberal Democrats than traditional conservative Republicans in the GOP. The RINO establish largely rules the party now, but that may be changing.
