I actually BELIEVE that Global Warming is happening and I'm not getting paid by anybody to say that. Neither are most skeptics. For that matter many skeptics believe in "global warming" (depending on what time frame your talking about). Believing that global warming is/has happened doesn't make you an alarmist. Yes some people argue against it but it really isn't the issue. What gets me is that people seem to get so angry or upset that anybody would believe that. It works both ways on this issue. Both sides get upset, not just with the other side, but even with people in the middle, or sometimes even with people on their side that they don't think is strong enough on the issue. (That last bit is I think more from the alarmists then the skeptics)
