YUP.. The TRIAD used to be discussed often during the cold war and usually addressed those powers who were capable of delivering. RUSSIA being one. So here we are many years later but what countries do have those capabilities. FEW. Yet from where TRUMP was coming it is much easier for others to get their hands on certain devices to use. I mean heck one can do a lot with 150 Billion. And we know N Korea would love to sell a few to those in need. Even if it was some BAD guy that had no intention to deploy via the air ways but perhaps use another way. So you are absolutely correct re the TRIAD. BUT is that OUR THREAT at this time? OR is it those who can get their hands on the bad stuff and use within out borders. TRUMP is no fool as many attempt to suggest. His statements are so based in common sense that only those without common sense would question what he is saying. OR those who do NOT want others to understand this simple detail. HMMM why is it.. The govt waits until the LAST weeks to address a BUDGET that was KNOWN long before. Do any think any successful business could operate that way? So why does a govt operate that way? Unless it is INTENTIONAL. And it has been for YEARS. It was that way under Many a president. So when a JEBB tries to call TRUMP this and that.. HEY JEBB.. Want to tell me how your brother got caught flat footed. Or Lindsey G with those tears. SO Lindsey you who sit on committees didn't KNOW the system that was to protect us had been degraded to the point enemies could send messages back and forth undetected. OK...we KNOW well that is most with common sense the USA is vulnerable in many areas. Forget the TRIAD.. What would an attack on the GRID do. HOW much damage could be done and HOW LONG would it take to get it back UP. So what to do. You put into place a LEADER that has common sense. YOu put into place a LEADER that will take the steps to fix it..and with a supportive populace. Then it will be done. NOT overnight. Ya can't turn chit around over night. BUT our fear is NOT a TRIAD BREACH.. Though some jerk could try to start such in some foreign country if they could get access.. INTENTIONALLY or unintentionally. Here and now.. it's those within.. Those we allowed within and SOME clown saying WE ARE WINNING .. UH HUH. Hand him and his ILK a BLUE BERET for if they are going to SOUND like BAGHDAD BOB they might as well wear the BLUE BERET for easy identification!!!
