The SEC doesn't halt a stock because someone wants them to, they halt it because of questionable business proceedings. Mike had nothing to do with the halt unless he was the one that pointed out the questionable proceedings. You give him far too much credit.

JK,

I think we have people "blinded" on both sides of this stock. But all must agree there are alot of unanswered questions on both sides. If you don't agree with that, then you too are "blinded".

<<It wasn't the stock holders who wanted the halt on RMIL trading, only the short sellers. The trashing of the stock you did is somewhat responsible for the halt.>>

Of course the stockholders did not want this (unless you are talking about Riley) I believe the short sellers did see the halt as a positive but I think the SEC is an entity that also wanted the halt so since they have that power they did.

I am not short this or any other stock never have been. But I also beleive the halt is good. It allows the company to get things straight that are long overdue. If they are able the funding should be accomplished and RMIl can go on with its business. That would be good under those circumstances. If they dont straighten out there statemets and financials, well then no new investor will lose a penny in this stock, because it wont exist. If that is in fact the case then that is good under that set of assumptions.

J Krnjeu,

Again for the record Michael D. Kugler admitted last night that he has indeed filed complaints to the SEC about RMIL. I believe he, along with some SHORT sellers are responsible for the current HALT by the SEC.

If your not happy with his actions and others on this thread toward RMIL then I suggest all ot you stockholders take a proactive approach and complain to the NASD, SEC, and his company. It's your investment, stand up and protect it!!! I am a strong believer in the "Power of the Pen". I apeel to all RMIL stockholders to pick up your pens and fight back! Don't leave it up to Riley and PUGS to fight your battles for you, join in fight for your investment!
