Netflix has recommended the BBC series, "Doc Martin", to me based on liking Downton Abbey. It has seven series going on eight, so should keep me busy for awhile should it stick. Caly might like it.

That sounds like a splendid new Christmas tradition...binge watching Fargo 2.

I watched the finale for a second time and I was really moved by the closing scenes - the living room dialog. I don't want to give anything away so hurry up and watch it. Until you see it I'll be like a kid waiting for Santa.

If some of the actors, including Patrick Wilson, Ted Danson, and Kirsten Dunst don't win Emmys then Hanzee should be sent to investigate, don't you know. And come to think of it one regret I have about the show is there wasn't a little more of Joliet, Illinois' own Nick Offerman as the town's lawyer - he turned out to be an interesting character.
