IMO, the share price is so low for many reasons. It could be because they have yet to deliver any of their alleged products on a large scale. Or maybe because they have never uplisted as they have implied for the last 4 or 5 years. Maybe it is because they have not submitted "audited" financials for a few years. Maybe it is because of the preferred shares/dilution. This has been a story stock for many, many years and I really think the investing public does not believe them anymore. I saw one of your posts on another thread a few months ago and I think that may be one of the fears people have here and a reason for not investing with this outfit. Also, as I have stated before, this may be strictly a legal play. I really have my doubts about a super secret production facility in "Korea" and am wondering if there should be a favorable ruling with any monetary rewards, will the company take the money and run. In any case, I think we are still a year or two away from any legal clarity. J&J will continue to file appeals and drag this out as long as possible. Yes, the azzkicking will continue.
