We estimate that EZchip will be roughly 40% accretive and should add ~$1.00 in EPS in ’16. I agree - if I were a MLNX shareholder I'd want to purchase EZCH at $25.50. How many acquisitions are immediately accretive at such a high level? Want higher earnings - no problem, just buy another company! Thanks for posting; the article illustrates why the $25.50 price for EZCH is much too low, and why it will be rejected again if it is allowed to come to a vote.

Appears in the ball park per my calculations, just looking at the bottom line w/o synergies -

$1.00 EPS x 46.81M MLNX shares out = $47M net income

$1.63 EPS x 30.1M EZCH shares out = $49.06 net income
