All,

Just heard this morning....

The management team hasn't given up the ship. They are still working hard to keep this company going. Alon told me this morning that "Management", including himself have been working without pay for the past 10 weeks and are committed to continue to do so until they get the company turned around. They have not given up!

Merry Christmas “¨•

Scott & Ginger

1) I was libelled by `Douglas B. Meyers' and got dragged onto this thread to defend my reputation - otherwise you would never had heard of me.

2) I would remind you of Jim Mill's request for help - exchange2000.com

3) The only viable part of Quadrax now may be Victor (but I have no inside information as to its fiscal state)

4) The banks probably want to sell everything including Victor, take their money and wash their hands of it.

5) The proxy statement was worded to ensure that the interests of the shareholders are considered in the `Argus' plan and that is all!

6) Mike and I would have to be crazy to `take over' Quadrax. Advanced materials is in a very sorry state and neither of us knows anything about electrical connector cords.

7) I spoke to camdog yesterday. He knows I will not be his future boss.

8) I was hired to start production of the Vega line in a company that had been bumbling along with R&D contracts for 10 years. I did not seek popularity and I am not surprised that I put a few noses out of joint.

9) Neither of has a current law suit against Quadrax.
