Parity in price still gives the advantage to domestic producers with less transporting costs. Refiners should serve the globe with below cost oil and cheap natural gas and liquids to process with. We should become the processing / refining center of the world. A very good sector to add to the mining of our own particulate oil. I say keep the wealth in our country, not to mention the fabrication skills which drive high paid high skilled manufacturing jobs here also. Merry Christmas dvdw !! Bob
