Mike"

From the the company's 10Q <<The Company's operating activities used cash of $35.9 million in the first six months of fiscal 1997>>

There may be some concern on the company's liquidity.

The serious drop ALSC suffered in the past month or so has made it a perfect candidate for year end tax-related selling. Today is one of the two last days that people can sell ALSC to claim the loss. I think as soon as the next week is gone, we might see a dramatic upturn of ALSC. Especially if ALSC reports a Q3 loss of within -5c, the upward move will definitely come.

So be patient. Simply shut down your computer, and enjoy the holidays! By the time you turn on your computer early next year, you may very well be having a surprise!

Good luck!
