So they have "signed the long-range development and sales agreement."

Go figure. So I guess Fuji must know about this after all, then?

Nanny,

Since PRST is down about 10% since the announcement of the SEC settlement -- despite their news releases -- I'd say the company has a bit of a credibility problem, wouldn't you?

My opinion is that the SEC findings will continue to overhang PRST at least until earnings are released. If the perception then is that growth is slowing, I would expect a large drop in the stock price. If earnings are OK and things are looking positive, it will probably be time for me to close my position.

BTW, I wouldn't count on an SEC investigation of the shorts to do anything for PRST or its share price. You might check out the example of SOLV. The SOLV longs have been hoping for an SEC action against "nefarious short sellers" (such as M. Asensio) for more than a year. Meanwhile, SOLV's stock price has dropped from $20 to less than $1. I'm not saying the situations are identical, but there are parallels. For example, SOLV's management has a credibility problem too.

In any case, the continuing PRST saga keeps life interesting, no?

Merry Christmas,

Larry
