The labor market has not recovered. Look at the data.

Reagan inherited worse and turned the economy around with a democrat in the Speakers position.

We have added 8 trillions of dollars in debt over the last seven years. Double what was added during Bush's term. We have had 8 years of fed intervention with zero interest rates. We spent a trillion on so called stimulus. And we are eight years beyond the onset of the recession.

This economy should be screaming at this point and it is stumbling along. At what point do you just admit this crappy economic nonsense has failed? How much worse could it possibly be?

I'm unconvinced that the labor force participation rate has any meaningful relationship to the economy whatsoever. People choosing not to seek employment are not unemployed. Many more people chose not to work in the 1960s, when this rate was even lower.

The biggest factor now in the labor force participation rate is retiring boomers.

Frankly, with unemployment as low as it is, the right wingnut partisans are desperately grasping at straws. You'll notice you haven't heard Obama blamed for the high price of gasoline recently as well, ROFL. Gets sort of difficult with the price at historic lows. Or the new stock market highs? For some reason they can't seem to blame Obama for this, either.

Yep.

Sucks to be a right wing partisan when the facts on the ground are working so hard against you.
