Marble-$160 per ton
Crushed Marble $30 per ton
Crushed Marble after float $10-$20 per ton
Powder $20 per ton
Total Credits per ton of material $225 per ton

Number of tons processed in a day

Architectural Marble @300 tons = $48,000 per day
Crushed Marble @200 tons per day =$6000
Crushed Marblefloat @ 50 tons per day= $1000
Powder from saw cutting is a binding agent for cement @ 10 cubic meters per day ~$200

Total Daily revenue used as "Credits" toward Graphite Production $55,200 per day

Costs to extractMarble

$10 per ton or $25 per cubic meter for pillars and or slabs
$0 for crushed Marble because the contractor crushes for free to get the Marble at $30 per ton
Crushing costs for Graphitic Marble $0 because contractor does all crushing for free to get to the road marble but lets say the net cost back is $30 per ton and Zero out the profit completely

Total Daily revenue used as "Credits" toward Graphite Production $49,200 per day

Graphite cost per ton to bring to 99.8% float $700-$1600 per ton depending on grade processed
Trucking Concentrate to Ashbury $20 per ton
Furnace to bring 99.8% to 99.9998% purity $1200-$1500 per ton

Costs for 99.9998% material max $3100 per ton
Sale price per ton $12-14000 per ton
IF we get ASTM and are able to sell to the Nuclear Industry, that price will rise to $35000 according to ZEN price list.
Production of graphite year one 1000 tons @ $13,000US per ton thats $13,000,000 US which at this point is $18,200,000Canuck

Total Revenue Graphite Year One $18,200,000 if ordered by US Gov then $33,000,000 or $43,000,000 Canuck
Total Cost to produce Graphite year one -$3,100,000
Total Revenue from Marble Year One $14,300,000
Total Revenue for year One --------------- $29,400,000 or $44,000,000

Costs to start up Marble and Graphite facilities purchasing all equipment ourselves with no contractor furnished equipment (which is not going to happen) $25,000,000 max
Pay Olga and Bruce for doing a 2 man startup of a 2 Business Venture worth a fortune $1,000,000 total
Pay employees on site another Million.
Total EPS for first year startup with Return of Investment first year paid in full 2c or 17c per share. Or heaven forbid we get Grants or interest free loans in which case EPS first year could be as high as 40c a share.

This will be the one and only time I answer you Fuddy. I find you a total waste of skin, so do not feel the need to address anything you say or want. I posted this for one reason. Just perhaps hidden within the Borg brain is a person not yet fully assimilated and they will be able to figure this out for themselves.

PS - Only because you have no clue
When you are Tested for Nuclear, which you insist we have not (thats true) How the test is conducted is the following
1) You are chosen for test
2) Demand the very moment is for 4000 tons(they pay the going rate) An interesting note. The Graphite under test now KRB2000 cost $160,000 a ton to produce no idea what DOE paid for it
3) Once all the Uranium pebbles are coated with the 4 tons then the test begins
4) Every year for 2 years they require 1000 tons to "refresh the coating" on any damage pebbles.
5) After a total of 3 years of testing and 6000 tons of product, They let you know if you are "the chosen".

So even if not chosen you will still sell 6000 tons at highest premiums in the land.
So if we are chosen, year one would have to be 4000 tons whether we like it or not.

Please check the numbers I did this quickly.

As Fuddy said:

Why don't you "give it a shot" and give us a net profit estimate for the your Miller project?

Assumptions for Year 2-5

1) Recurring and increasing marble sales
2) Increasing production of Graphite at 99.9998%
3) Selected for test in one or more Pebble reactors

Marble-$160 per ton
Crushed Marble $30 per ton
Crushed Marble after float $10-$20 per ton
Powder $20 per ton

Number of tons processed in a day

Architectural Marble @500 tons = $80,000 per day
Crushed Marble @200 tons per day =$6000
Crushed Marblefloat @ 250 tons per day= $5000
Powder from saw cutting is a binding agent for cement @ 10 cubic meters per day ~$1000

Total Daily revenue used as "Credits" toward Graphite Production $91,200 per day
Total Yearly Revenue based on a 260 day year $91,200X 260= $23,712,000 a year

Costs to extractMarble

$10 per ton or $25 per cubic meter for pillars and or slabs
$0 for crushed Marble because the contractor crushes for free to get the Marble at $30 per ton
Crushing costs for Graphitic Marble $0 because contractor does all crushing for free to get to the road marble but lets say the net cost back is $30 per ton and Zero out the profit completely

Total Daily revenue used as "Credits" toward Graphite Production $91,200 per day

Sale price per ton $35000 per ton
Production of graphite year 3 =5000 tons @ $35,000US per ton= $175,000,000 US which is at present exchange rates about $240,000,000 Canadian.

Total Revenue Graphite Year 3 $240,000,000 if ordered by US Gov
Total Cost to produce Graphite year 3 -$15,100,000
Total Revenue from Marble Year 3 $23,712,000
Total Revenue for year 3 --------------- $249,000,000 Canuck
If you do not like these numbers, then question ZENs price sheet please, because thats what I am using.

Yes its a little hard to believe but if you are niche'd like we hope and EXPECT to be. Then selling 5000 tons from the surface of miller, will result in larger revenues then digging to the center of the earth for ZEN.
Our Capex/..........$25-30million maybe, it depends on whether Bruce wants a Garage at Asbury AND Miller for the Bentley or the personal Helicopter, the Opex is paid out of the revenue from Marbleous Marble.

This estimate does not include the opulent homes in both locations for his Emminence and his lovely wife.
Changes may have to be made from Personal Helicopter to landing strips for the G3
Please check the numbers I did this quickly.
