Ah CatBabe... there you are :)

I know it's called "Temporary Internet Files" ... it's hidden in
one of the controls somewhere, but you can also go right into the
C:\WINDOWS directory (assuming you installed to the standard location) and delete the contents of the "Temporary Internet Files" directory.
EDIT: The contents of "Temporary Internet Files", not the directory itself!
