Larry:

<< it looks like TXN is not turning to the upside. Sorry !>>
I saw the TXN chart: I thought I saw an inverse Head and shoulder formation beginning in the first week of Dec. The formation may not be complete yet. The chaikin money flow is still in the negative territory. MACD trading above the signal line. Stochastics at 73 is on a downturn. RSI below 50 ? on a downturn. Your comments please.

Hi Larry hope you had nice christmas.

Key words here maybe ready to resume uptrend.
I am not a charist. I try to give an educated
guess when to invest or not. I run contrary to
market. On your 12-22-97 chart you commented on
txn "weekly trend maybe starting up". I think it
was on the day it hit 45.5. That broke it out of channel.
You already have the stock in a daily uptrend.

The stock has a monthly long channel down. I think it is
oversold. Your looking at what maybe the "Mother of all
breakouts". I hope. I am long anyhow.

No matter what method we use we guess, its probablity to you.
(You must be mathmatician.) No matter, things have been
overdone here. They maynot get better, but buy on weakness.

Angela in Yahoo news are 2 articles on thurs
dec. 25 "Japan budget unlikley to boost economy". And
"Korean bankers facing cash crunch", they talk of facing
default in another month. This thing is by no means over.
Most analysts on street think its not over. I could be wrong,
and I often am. From what I see the market will anticipate
in 30 days or less although it may take 3 months on fin. prob.

Happy Holidays

Jerry
