Just spoke to Scott Liolios--Here is the clarification-- Topro had new orders or bookings from July 1st through December of 28,000,000. A portion of that work has already been completed along with the previous backlog and will show up as revenue during the 2nd quarter of this year. The largest portion of the 28,000,000 will be completed during the first 6 months of 98 and will show up as revenue during those next two quarters. He sounded extremely optomistic about continuing orders from the other customers that they are currently working with. He will be out of town until the 1st of January and was running out the door when I called him---he will be available for any further questions when he returns. Jan

Andrew H,

All normal business practices lead me to feel the press release had the correct information,i.e. that the projections being made are for fiscal 1st half. Why?

Normally companies make sales projections by the quarter, not by the half. In this fast moving business climate, projections for a full half just do not carry validity and there is no need for the company to stick it's neck out to project this far in advance. However it is reasonable to believe that projections for a fiscal half could be made at some time in the 2nd quarter of that half with provisions that those numbers are subject to change on a daily basis.

However since there seems to be some confusion regarding info received from Scott, I have e-mailed Mr. Jenkins to request that this issue be clarified and requested his permission for a reprint of his answer to this thread.

Regards,

Gerry
