It is hard to see the country having taken this direction but the truth is that I don't believe the upcoming election will matter. Ultimately, I do not see how the US retains its economic superpower standing when its fiscal health is suffering so badly. Ultimately, you can't get around the fact that the average IQ is a hundred, and it takes something a good bit more than that to understand the issues. I guess I'll be watching it happen and that's about all I can do.
