I wonder how much it cost Qualcomm to get Bliss back? Notice that the agreement to release him was negotiated between Qualcomm and the Russians, and specifically not including the US State Dept.

I'm glad he's coming back, but I particularly glad that the Q didn't wait for months while the State Dept fooled around with Russian thugs who had money (or more and cheaper infrastructure) on their mind. Shows me that the Q new what was up and took care of it. It's a cost of doing business in some countries, and at least they go in with their eyes open.
