I think Peter has the right float estimate of about 8.1M shares but the number could be as high as 11.7M. My numbers follow: 51.6M Shares outstanding -35.0M Softbank/Yang/Filo/Sequoia - 7.6M Employee Stock Plan - 1.6M Four11 acquisition = 7.4M Minimum Float + .7M Form4 sales from 1/97 to 11/97 = 8.1M Likely Float + 2.0M 144 Registrations (less Form 4 sales above; if done in Dec) + 1.6M Four11 share sales (if done in Dec) =11.7M MAXIMUM FLOAT Just my quick analysis.
