I think right now that Echostar is valued at almost exactly two hundred million and DirecTV is valued at about 6.5 Billion dollars. Please correct, me, anyone, if this is not accurate. Upon looking at Echostar's company report, I noticed that insiders own 78.2% of the shares. I think Charlie Ergen knows that he has some beach-front property that's quite under-valued. He seems like he'll be very reason- able to deal with when a really good offer is made, though. I wonder (and I'm sure institutional investors do, too) how long it will take to resolve this law-suit.
