Reaction to injection to numb area during dental work. The culprit in the injection was "Sulfa" Took about a week for the swelling to subside. Then there is Neomycin-----skin peeled.

Actually there are penalties but one has to understand how to document. I have an advocate that is excellent and have power point where applicable. Yet let's watch what can happens.. So patient FINTAS goes down.. and STAYS DOWN.. YUP he passes to the delight of some and to those who know him. sadness. BUT does it matter the guy is DEAD. BUT is anyone going to know he is DEAD because the clinic/nurses, dr failed. NOT without the data. So whether it be a PAUL NEWMAN movie where the DR was in error or poor JOAN RIVERS where the CLINIC was in error along with DR.. nurse.. IF one doesn't do all they can they can pass very quickly. Yet to protect oneself.. does the record of conversations, gets the documents.. checks..understands what should be on those documents what isn't and then when the time is needed. Back them up. I had x tell me at one point I didn't take a particular test and in fact I did. You see they tried to stop me from taking it. I ignored them. I took it. I got the results long before they did. And when I sat in a room with TWO.. so called best of the best and provided the results.. MY MY.. Their jaws near hit the floor reminding me of a scene in a movie where someone says.. why would you do that.. And the response was the question is not why it was done. But why you attempted to hide such. I support DONALD TRUMP because he is STREET smart. He understands the system and the liars cheats and thieves. I should support him. I'm street wise and understand things as well. Thanks for sharing.. AND BE CAREFUL.. The jerks will kill you. DO NOT ASSUME they communicate amongst each other or between facilities. I had some jerk nurse tell me I took my pan med once a day.. I stated where did you get that info? WTF ..who does the inputting. Do you have a copy of what I handed to x and y and z.. LOOK.. read this.. What does it say.. OH it gets better. I then say.. What if I was your mom.. would you want your mom to experience this.. SHE said. WRONG question. I said.. Wrong question? What is the RIGHT question. MY DAD she said.. I said.. YOUR DAD.. YES. she said.. he raised me not my mom. I thought $@#$$# this gal is a lead nurse and this is how she thinks. Yup we are all doomed.
