Mike,
Merry Christmas!
Kugler was the one going to the SEC, I just got on that bandwagon.
Spikes to $4 can be attributed to short interest covering, drops afterwards to subsequent sell-off.
Though I do believe the co. will use the $5MM for expansion, new bottling facilities to fill back orders of RMCW, etc. the halt, fundamentals have NO EFFECT on the squeeze whatsoever.
We have an insurance policy, we demanded our certs! We are very close to the magic number. The same MM's will be making the Market for RMIL, in order for them to leave, they have to cover their short!
So, when trading resumes, you have a $5MM dollar problem for the shorts! And...the squeeze tightens!
Have a Merry Christmas Mike!!, Pugs
