Merely going after some officials for corruption has little, if anything to do with rectifying a legal issue between a Chinese firm and a foreign firm (e.g., AMSC). These issues apparently get resolved in favor of Chinese firms, no matter what corruption or other influences are there. This is likely to be a long running issue and will likely remain unresolved until other external influences exert themselves on a government that, willy nilly, remains self centered.
