Ron,

I didn't know that. I had always assumed that the contracts had only to be executed and initial payments made. That makes a huge difference in positive way. No wonder Bill and others are so optimistic for things to happen in the 1st quarter.

Wishing everone health and happiness over the holidays.

I am away but managed to save da logs minus a couple days which expired on me before setting up my satellite site. Will post them when I regroup and get my thoughts a bit more organized.
