There is no need for a cross. Its just like exercising warrants. The transaction is;
1) Pay treasury $XXXX for XXXX options.
2) Treasury issues XXXX shares for the XXXX options exercised,
3) AE, Allan receive the shares in their acct.

There is no need for a cross, or wash through the exchange.
