Not sure how to view the short positions or how they affect the short term trading? It seems many small (micro) caps like AMSC have double digit short positions these days.

The chart is very positive but it's reaching a point where it may take a breather (at least it's done so in the recent past when the RSI shown on the chart reaches the current levels). Classically speaking, a quick drop and closing of the open gap below would be ideal but by no means a necessity.

More importantly, they'll need to continue their positive revenue growth trends going forward and manage their costs at the same time. Analysts don't seem to think they'll be able to improve on margins all that much over the next 2 years but I think that will be critical for them over the long run.
