Good afternoon Sonny, I was sorry to hear you talk about the market going down again. I am not even going to check anymore today, but just let it do whatever it does. About those eggs, I must have missed something as I was talking about buying pasteurized egg nog. I think that the egg nog is pasteurized that you buy in those cartons that look like milk. I also get nonfat egg nog and it is pretty good. I never make my own egg nog because of the raw eggs and salmonella, just like you said. I had a class in "Sanitations and Safety" and (in fact, did a talk in the hospital where I did my internship on sanitation,), so I am very very careful about food intoxication. I probably throw away much too much food. That really sounds fascinating about your work in nutrition. Sometime when you have time to spare, tell me more about what you did. I use to get nutrition education material from the Dairy Association. They put out some pretty good materials. Have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS Margaret :) :) :)
