LOL! I get it, Kenny. I know the forecast for 2016. The method: look at global temperatures for years with an El Nino, then look global temperature for the following year. Not sound statistics, with only N=4 given reliable global data. It's not 100%, though. The 1987 El Nino was followed by a cooler year in 1988. That El Nino was preceded by Modoki El Nino, unlike the other events. Of course, 2014 was a Modoki El Nino. So we see.

First off, your lack of responses to my questions show you can't contest the evidence showing that 2015 is not the warmest year ever. Now that's all squared away; I don't expect 2016 to be warmer than 2015. Here's why...heat is instability. Convection is the expression of heat. 2014/2015 global ocean temperatures were the warmest they've been since 1979. Where you see convection, heat is being dissipated. The large # of hurricanes over the Indian & Pacific. The record high precipitation over continental U.S. this past year. Heat comes and goes, and it's going away relatively quickly. It's all the oceans; CO2 has nothing to do with it.

Isis has established rules regarding sex slaves and rape...

The fatwa sets out in distressing detail when the "owners" of women slaves can have sex with them and when it is forbidden.

The rules have been issued in an attempt to clamp down on "violations" of the treatment of captured women which are "not permitted by Sharia law", according to the document.

Fatwa 64, which effectively justifies the systematic rape of women and girls, says it is necessary to set out rules because "one of the inevitable consequences of the jihad of establishment is that women and children of infidels will become captives of Muslims".
