gecm might be a good bottom fish play.. strong support right now.. sell out asap if it goes below support (10-11).. if it goes up, look for it to rally to 50 day sma... i have fib resistance at 12.50 somewhere around there.. quick trades.. mkt not favorable for longer term plays.. this is a risky play.. beware.. hi steve (picks im watching) here are some picks im wathcing: EMC, IBM SUNW THQI, PETD most are beaten down EMC: probable bottoming soon. indicators still down, so still need some more consolidation work/more downside risk.. but 200 day sma is holding well. IBM: should rally pretty soon. bottoming signals. should rally back to 105.. if past 105, then on to 113 SUNW: sonki's favorite <g> watching.. not sure really.. my stochrsi 34,13 is pretty high up, which i dont like. PETD: bottoming seen. too early to buy. OB right now. THQI: macd weekly looks good. this might be a good play coming up.. ============= all of these are HIGHLY tentative.. most of these picks need more "data" for me to be sure.. i would rather miss the beginning 5% of the rally and hop in... than buy and "pray" that it will rally. and also beware of mkt conditions.
