Because thats not the purpose of a standard.
A standard is not to represent the middle of the road. Or be concerned with quantity or economics. If what they are measuring is natural, and its the best, then it becomes the standard for all others to "attempt" to attain.

So setting the bar high, is what keeps a standard just that, a standard.

Atomic clocks are used as primary standards.
Does that mean that everyone needs to have one?
No, atomic clocks aren't even used in Olympic events.
However timepiece manufacturers will publish their specifications as compared to the reference standards.
It is then up to each sub-market to decide how much accuracy is required.

CCB is unique in its own rights. ZEN does not have exclusivity to being "Unique".
CCB Graphite floats better then any other graphite and it purifies easily as a result of that.
The question has always been, "do we have enough to make a go of it".
I think we do, you guys think we don't. Just as I think Albany will never be exploited and you believe you are mega millionaires in waiting.
What you guys confuse is difficult to find, with difficult to extract. That's not the case, and we will prove it.

Now whether you want to believe it or not I really do not care, but CCB graphite is so unique they are attempting to create a standard for Nuclear use, using CCB Graphite as the standard.
Now I realize this is difficult for some to follow but if we get that designation and do have a good amount of graphite, like 75,000 tons + then we are on our way. Why, because we still have 89 square kilometers to explore..... hence the rolling resource.
