As everybody here has said, gang members should not have guns. There is no disagreement on that.

So, if it happens more than we know that people who, under the law, are not entitled to have permits or possess weapons -- do so anyway -- what does that say about the effectiveness of gun laws?

Does it suggest to you that we need more gun laws, when some of the tightest gunlaws in the country don't stop or apparently even slow the gun violence in Chicago?

What is it that you think should be done?
