If you want to read more, I'd recommend reading his collections of letters to shareholders. There's appear to be several of these collections, but the one I read (per my history at the library) is this one:

The essays of Warren Buffett : lessons for corporate America / essays by Warren E. Buffett ; selected, arranged, and introduced by Lawrence A. Cunning

It does a good job of synthesizing all of the letters and pulling themes from years apart to show the interwoven themes of the letters

A couple other books that I thought were really good about Buffett are:

The snowball : Warren Buffett and the business of life / Alice Schroeder

Buffett : the making of an American capitalist / Roger Lowenstein

As to investing approach, I thought Buffettology was good. It brought home to me the importance of consistency and predictability.
