This is where optics matter. Which reminds me FuddyNoAnswer did not answer the optics question?
If they had exercised and then sold some to cover cost, then one can say, that there net result was to increase their holdings and the optics would be better.
However, the optics are now that they would not even take a chance of exercising in fear of being caught with them... Which tends to fly in the face of Glorieux's continual pump!
